A formal proposal document is issued to you. Once the deposit has been taken your bespoke products will be scheduled for manufacture.
5 - Manufacturing
Your order is custom-built to the agreed specifications using precision engineering and high-performance materials.
6 - Quality Inspection
Once we receive your order, we complete another inspection to ensure minimal disruption during installation.
7 - Installation
Sit back and relax, our installation team manages the full removal & installation process, sustainably recycling removed materials
8 - Final Payment & Registration
Final payment follows a successful installation. As a FENSA partner, we manage building approvals; your certificate arrives within two weeks.
9 - Aftercare
Most of our products include an industry-leading 10-year guarantee for total peace of mind supported by a robust warranty process.
